1. Once products are purchased and shipped, We do not give refunds.
    Orders placed via website which have not been shipped by us are eligible for cancellation and a 100% refund. If the product is shipped by us, There will be no refund upon cancellation.
  2. For products purchased at store, we do not give refunds. If the purchased item aligns with our exchange policy, it may be eligible for an exchange.
  3. Please note : We will notify you on whether your refund request is approved or rejected. If accepted, Depending on Banking services, Government holidays or your Bank or credit card company, it may take longer than usual for receiving a refund.
