What to do in case of expired, damaged, defective, torn products?
Evidence in the format of images, videos of such claims should be sent immediately upon discovery or time of delivery on our customer helpline numbers on the product packaging or ‘Contact us’ section on www.kesarbaug.in - Proof of Bills and Original packaging with the product is mandatory for processing an exchange.
